Jordan River Village: The place in the Middle East where seriously ill children - can just be kids.

We seek to enrich the lives of children of all ethnic and religious backgrounds, ages 9-18 in the region, suffering from serious illnesses and
life-threatening conditions. We do this by creating free, fun-filled, memorable and medically safe camping experiences.

Hello everyone,

Jordan River Village continues to welcome and accommodate sick children to the Village and expand its activities with other entities.

Since the beginning of the year, the Village has hosted more than 400 children and teens from different parts of the country as well as children from the Palestinian Authority.

In 2014 we hosted 41 sessions at the Village with about 1674 children and teens from different parts of the country as well as children from the Palestinian Authority, in addition to the children's families.

Our handicap accessible heated swimming pool was utilized with great success during the winter months and we are confident that the children will enjoy it in the summer.

Over the days preparations continue for Passover and summer sessions in which we will host children with diseases such as vision and hearing impairments, hemophilia, epilepsy, and other neurological conditions.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the "Jordan River Village team", our wonderful volunteers, the great youngsters of the "Shnat Sherut" (year of community service between graduation and the army) and of course to all the members of the Board that support and assist us – all for the benefit of the amazing children.

Wishing us all continued achievements,

Yuval
